The OAuth Core Mailing List is where you can ask questions, get help, and get to know the rest of the OAuth community.

Membership on the list is currently *moderated* and you can  apply for membership. The archives are now open and are available for review.

On the signup page are these instructions:

Our goal is to develop, test and improve OAuth, a token-based remote authentication protocol.
Required: To join this group, please describe your interest and what you hope to contribute or learn.

For applicants who do not explain their interest, how they found out about OAuth or what they hope to learn or contribute, you will receive an email with the following message:

> Hello,

>

> In order to keep the quality of discussion high and on topic, the OAuth group

> is moderated. If can you describe your interest in OAuth and what you hope to

> contribute or learn, I'd be happy to approve your member application.

> Thanks!

If you respond with a decent explanation -- typically nothing more than a sentence -- you will be accepted into the group.

Note that this policy is subject to change. If you have questions, please contact the group admin.
